Hello dear divers and those interested in diving,

On Sunday 01/23/2022 we offer in cooperation with the TCRNFreediving 1 course(min. 3 participants). Theory 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (breathing/relaxation technique, medicine, safety rules, risks for free diving, etc.), then at 3:30 p.m. in the pool for static time diving (60 sec) and distance diving (25m) .

For the deep diving exercises (5 to max. 10 m), however, we have to go to a deeper indoor pool, so that we can do this for April 25th/26th. February plan to go to Rheinbach in monte mare. In the indoor pool we will do the deep diving exercises (for scuba divers with OWD or higher there is also the possibility to do a scuba dive here). Arrival Friday noon (25.02), dives from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; Saturday (26.02.) from 10:00 a.m. dives, return from approx. 2:00 p.m.

Price for the freediving 1 course for club members EUR 139 / non-club members EUR 169. The trip and diving in the indoor pool with overnight stay is not included in the course price and will be communicated separately.

The diving training and organization takes place in cooperation with the diving center Rhein-Neckar (TCRN) in Viernheim.
