Basic Freediver Course - January / February 2024

Hello dear divers and diving enthusiasts,

you want to go on holiday in the summer and go snorkelling? How about if you could dive longer and deeper to enjoy the beauty of the underwater world even more? 😊

In cooperation with the TCRN we offer a Basic Freediver Course in January / February 2024. The course consists of a theory unit (4 hours) with breathing/relaxation techniques, medicine, safety rules, risks of freediving.

The practical exercises for static time diving (60 sec) and distance diving (25 m) take place in the pool on Sunday afternoon.

For the deep diving exercises (5 to max. 10 m) we have to go to a deeper indoor pool, so we are planning separate trips to the monte mare in Rheinbach. We will do the deep diving exercises in the indoor pool (for scuba divers with OWD or higher there is also the possibility of doing a scuba dive here).

The price for the Basic Freediver course is 189 EUR, certification extra. The trip and diving in the indoor pool with overnight stay is not included in the course price and will be communicated separately.

OWD / Open Water Diver Course – Winter 2023 / 2024

Hello diving enthusiasts,

Do you want to go on holiday in the summer and go diving at the same time? Then the cold season is a good time to get your diving license 😊.

We offer again OWD- or. CMAS* -Beginner diving course from December 2023 / January 2024. These consist of:

1. Theory, consisting of 4 – 5 units,
2. Pool dives, 2 – 3 units
3. Open water dives, 4 – 5 units – as soon as the water temperatures allow this again, usually from April / May.

Dates for both theory and diving are organized by arrangement.

The course is held in cooperation with the Tauchcenter Rhein-Neckar / TCRN (Lorscher Str. 26, 68519 Viernheim).
