Our delegate assemblies

The delegate assemblies also serve to keep our association alive and successful in the long term.

The Assembly of Delegates is responsible for decisions on the following matters:

a) amendments to the statutes,

b) the dissolution of the association,

c) the admission of new members and the exclusion of members from the association,

d) the election and removal of members of the Board of Directors,

e) receipt of the annual report and discharge of the Board of Directors,

f) setting an admission fee and membership fees.

The Delegates’ Assembly has a quorum if at least one third of all members of the Association are present.

The Assembly of Delegates decides by open vote with the majority of the votes of the members present.

Minutes must be kept of the proceedings of the Delegates’ Meeting and the decisions taken.
